Constantly goes idle

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run as administrator
2. Begin VSS2Git migration from specific project in a VSS database
2. Migration takes more than ~35 seconds

I expect to see the migration continue plodding through my bigger files that 
are (for whatever reason) included in the DB, but instead it goes idle. I have 
to hit "Go!" repeatedly as the project goes through it's long runtime.

Using 1.0.10.0 on W7 Pro

My intuition is that this is some built-in mechanism because projects are 
expected to migrate much quicker than this, but it would be nice to see this 
mechanism change for people like me who need to migrate a poorly-built database 
conveniently.
