Travis builds are broken.

So the builds are broken, this boils down to two issues identified on both the polymer project and the wct project.

Needs an upgrade to trusty: sudo: required dist: trusty

Also currently WCT/Selineum does not support firefox 47, so selecting 46.

Will issue a pull request soon after i finish tests on my end.

so the build gets a lot further and seems to be stuck on sauce - do you want to take a look at that?

I think they may have gotten firefox working by changing web-component-tester. Asking my teammate but he's on vacation at the moment so a little slow to respond

The advice from the team is to use Firefox 46 for now

cool but sauce still doesn't work right? and we are using 46?

I think so. i'm tempted to remove sauce cuz I don't have time to play with it and it's flakey...
