Post comment to tickets when they are mentioned in pull requests

It would be nice if trac-github could monitor pull requests and post a comment with a link to the pull request in tickets that are mentioned in pull requests.

What would happen when someone replies to one of these comments from the Trac end? Would their comment on Trac then get mirrored back to the GitHub end?
