Tack CPU/GPU hours

Description

Additionally to the tracking of the energy consumption via CodeCarbon, it would be appreciated to track the CPU/GPU hours used. Recently, there has been an issue created for CodeCarbon asking for exactly this support. Maybe we can make use of it? In general, this issue is related to issue #17, maybe it can be combined and both used from CodeCarbon?
