You need to install go 1.13 to support some methods and install mysql 8.0 to support the charset. BTW, I pull request a feature using docker. You need nothing to install except docker.

The only thing you need is make gomod to install dependency packages and make dev to run the server.

I am waiting to the author to merge that. #53
