Fails on searching projects in BBEdit 10

Open gbbowers opened this issue 14 years ago • 5 comments

Just upgraded to v10 of BBEdit, decided to reinstall PeepOpen (didn't need it in Espresso). PO v .3.5.

Added scripts, set key command to standard Opt-Cmd-T, and when I invoke it, I get the following: http://lockerz.com/s/121756236

A scripting error has occurred: Finder got an error: Can't get container of file "Sammich:Users:gbbowers:Dropbox:Documents:servicealley.bbprojectd:".

I've tried a few other projects, including making new ones in other places (to make sure it wasn't due to being in my Dropbox directory), and I get the same error every time.

I'm guessing based on the path format it's AppleScript related?

Versions: PO: 0.3.5 BBEdit: 10.0 Mac 10.6.8

I am not getting the exact same message, but this is what I am getting when initiating PeepOpen in BBEdit 10 on Lion.

The new version of the applescript for BBEdit (linked to in https://github.com/topfunky/PeepOpen-EditorSupport/issues/2) fixed this issue for me.

This is fixed as mentioned above. It will ship with the next release of PeepOpen.
