Cannot be re-installed

Hi, removed the software by windows control panel, then re installed it. When trying to enable it in outlook complement, says that it has been previously installed. Sorry to not write exact word, I am french so french office..

Maybe things stuck in register after removal?

I've pass over old closed issues, found some register. Made these changes, but didn't fixed it.
