CVT-RBv3, "OVT"

The new CTA-861-H(?) has a CVT-RBv3 with possibly too many options. The screenshot is from the newer (and free-of-charge) CTA-861-I. image

There's also an annex U "optimized video timing" (OVT) in CTA-861-I. Lots of pseudocode, no idea what that's all about. They have a html/js calculator cta_861_ovt_calculator.html for that in the CTA-861.6 zip file, attached below.

I've been aware of CVT-RBv3, but I haven't gotten around to implementing it. One day. :-)
