Mobile Menu with sub menu doesn't work when using an RTL language and Mobile Header is enabled

Description

When an RTL language is in use and Mobile Header is enabled, if the mobile menu has a sub menu, the menu will just show a blank screen: https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuXvj2E Was able to replicate the issue on my test site as well: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Qwun5gOv

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Mobile Header
2. Use RTL language like arabic
3. Open mobile menu

Actual behavior

Menu is blank

Expected behavior

Menu should show
