Does not add key mappings

I installed the plugin using vundle, however the default key mappings do not do anything, nor do they appear in the list generated by the :map command.

Please check the values of g:loaded_tcomment, g:tcommentMaps, and the more specific g:tcommentMap* vars.

You might also want to check the output of :scriptnames to see whether the plugin was actually loaded.
