Posible NY data descrepency

Hi I noticed the total number of cases in the state of NY looks down on 4/28/20 compared to 4/27/20. While most counties in NY have increased on 4/28, at least these three counties decreased on 4/28/20 compared to 4/27/20.

Saratoga -> 3,236 to 343 Broome -> 762 to 266 Steuben -> 275 to 225

Not sure if any other states have been affected, since I have only been looking at the NY data.

Looking at the data for 4/26/20 is making me think it's the data for 4/27/20 that is incorrect since the data then goes:

Saratoga -> 330 to 3,236 to 343 Broome -> 259 to 762 to 266 Steuben -> 217 to 275 to 225

BTW thanks for the great source of data, I have been using it for the last few weeks!
