Conflick with Django's Rate limit

your library replace the folder of Django's Ratelimit library, i want to use yours as well as Django Ratelimit.

@chiragkanhasoft You can specify an installation directory for any given package by using the --target flag with pip install. If you're using pipenv, there have been one or two suggested workarounds to accomplish the same.
