Configuration options to disable/enable specific features

First of all - love the mod! However, I'd love it even more if I had the ability to enable/disable specific features in the configuration. Disabling items/features would only need to remove the item from the list of available Crafting Recipes so that they become unavailable for Survival players, it wouldn't have to remove the item from the game altogether. They could still be available from the Creative tab, for example...

Just a thought! If you don't want to implement this, that's okay, too. I can still disable the crafting recipes through Cotton, so it's all good.
