Settin animation cycles to play on multiple actions

Being able to play animation cycles on multiple actions (running/walking/swimming etc) with different timings would be a boon for improving the workflow. For example, in a model I'm working on the sneak-walking animation is a combination of the (Slowed down) walking cycle+the standing sneak cycle. I did this by copypasing the contents of the animation jsons, but having it as an interface feature would be a godsend.
