qlmarkdown Make .md files searchable with spotlight

@duozmo had a good point. We need to ensure that we're updating the spotlight index.

Just to say that your work is very much appreciated. I haven't yet been able to use @MaddTheSane 's version :crying_cat_face: So I went with http://hiltmon.com/blog/2015/06/27/a-simple-markdown-spotlight-importer/ — which is quite painful to do on El Capitan
