I have a user requesting an Apple Silicon version of my application that uses universalJavaApplicationStub (recently updated to 3.2.0, which still appears as Intel-only):

Thanks for reporting this for me. (I'm the user mentioned above)

I added some related issues on #shc which seems to indicate cross-compilation is not supported.

I'm happy to do any completion tests or otherwise be of service with my time.
