Can not find the code file 'perpare' in folder 'lib'

I can't find the code file ‘perpare’ 、‘modules’ and ‘datasets_clip’ in folder 'lib'. when I run this code, it report errors such as: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'lib.perpare'.
