Extend documentation for Scripts options

For better understanding of the possible script options, it would be great to extend this section from README file

1. Add columns to script options table: 1.1 column to show if option is required or optional 1.2 column to show what will be the default value (example: strictMode)

2. Add examples for script options: 2.1 show one example which include all the options without placeholder. Currently only for -m and -a are documented.
