UnicodeEncodeError after latest Sublime update

After updating to Sublime Text 2.0.2 I am getting this error when syncing a file to a local file:

Exception in thread Thread-139: Traceback (most recent call last): File ".\threading.py", line 532, in __bootstrap_inner File "./SimpleSync.py", line 85, in run UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\u2019' in position 8: ordinal not in range(128)

It happens with all of them. Anyway, I'm not sure if is wasn't happening before the update, as I realized today after addding a new project so SimpleSync and checking the console.
