Suggestion: add hit sound
The idea is a CVAR to play a sound in the client when hitting an enemy (not necessarily killing it) just like in Quake Champions.
- It should be, by default, different than kill sound.
- It shouldn't be played if the enemy is killed and kill sound is enabled.
- It shouldn't be played when hitting an enemy with wall-gauss.
Seems to me this is not possible, because there's no event where the player can know from client-side you're hitting a target, it's all managed server-side.
PD: You can try to hook when bloodsprays are created, but you can't know if the blood is from you or from your enemy, it will play always.
