deflate is chosen despite gzip also being requested

When I invoke curl --compressed ... it sets the header Accept-Encoding: deflate, gzip, br, zstd. Then dream with dream-encoding responds with Content-Encoding: deflate. This is despite gzip also being requested and in my test is ~10% faster.

I don't know if this is an explicit choice, but it seems to differ from what e.g. nginx does.
