Hi man/team, Really enjoying this mod!
I have a question/suggestion: Could you also make the "PerfectProps" available outside of the Randomizer? As a single player it would be nice to only have to find rare items/make expensive runewords only once with PerfectProps because of no trading(For people wanting to play without the randomizer). Or if you know a good existing mod for doing this, add it too the howto to use alongside modmaker.

Interesting idea, this can probably be done. I haven't touched this project in awhile because I have been busy irl, but can maybe see if I can get some others to help.
I've implemented this feature in alpha-10. Haven't released yet because UI not updated yet.
