Strandedness and Docker Image

Hello,

I would like to create a k-mer count matrix from a list of fastq files and have some questions please:

1. I noticed in your publication that kmtricks does not consider strandedness and records each k-mer as its canonical sequence. Could you please confirm if this is still the case in the latest release?
2. I am interested in running the software using the Docker image. I see that newer versions beyond 1.4.0 have been created on DockerHub. Could you kindly confirm whether it is recommended to use one of these newer versions or to continue using version 1.4.0?
