Confirmation/tooltip for clearing balance?

I want to ensure that if you hover over the balance number, i will say "Clear Balance", and when yu click it, it will ask you if you want to clear it.

Another thing is relabeling "Balance" to "Mins. Available" and "Meter" to "Mins. Used" to make it more clear. Also on edge, the extension options open in a non-resizable small window, and I had to go into inspect element to resize out. I'd recommend you make it simply open extension://fbnpehpbojenlldmfcopeajkichnnjpo/options.html in a new tab for compatibility reasons.
