Get 'correct' shortcut icon w/o shortcut arrow

Get the 'correct' shortcut icon without the shortcut arrow.

Change to avoid getting a different icon than the one selected on shortcut

For example, try to add "Computer manager" shortcut under

 "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools\"

without this change another icon is added to the app !! :(

Yes, please. I would also appreciate this feature as I am constantly having to write python codes to open said applications; then use Pyinstaller to make exe files- then a shortcut to said exe file; which seems to get rid of the arrow for whatever reason. I also tried going into the registry and changing the info to do so as well, however, it became confusing when I was actually looking for a shortcut in file explorer as editing it from the registry gets rid of the arrows on all shortcut files so I deleted my update to registry and began the python+pyinstaller method previously stated.
