Chome Shortcut not working+no relink option

I have 7 users of google chrome in my pc. after creating 'shortcut group' of them, chrome is not opening at all :(.

pls add relink option alongside delete button for adding shortcut, if it is missing or location changed.

Duplicate of #80 and will definitely add that sometime soon There should be a build that fixes your issues. I am waiting for some fixes to be merged into master.

@PikeNote To add to this, (Maybe to #80 ) Chrome app shortcuts (like when you add a shortcut to a web page through the menu (not a desktop shortcut but a chrome shortcut when it opens in it's own window like a program) also do not open at all.
