Canvas height match body not working?

Hi, great plugin! I can't seem to override the canvas height, is it locked in your scr code? My body is 1200px height, but the canvas won't match using innerHeight. Advice?

P.S. this is not an issue, I don't know where the question box is, sooo sorry.
