This is going to have to go into 4.0.0, as the shaded Caffeine in 3.8.x is causing me issues with native compilation
Removal of managed-reactor has to be done in 4.0 (see PR)
Ok, this is freaking weird... So is the solution to downgrade the kotlin version for kotest4 in micronaut-test?

Also, in my tests, I can't get kotest to use a different kotlin to kotest5, so I'll leave it as is
