corrupted upload from wikimedia not editable

Hi, I attempted to load a map from wikimedia (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Aerial_image_of_Vales_Point_dated_1954.jpg) and received an error message at the mapwarper end. The file (5644) has a thumbnail but no 'content' and I can't delete, reload or rectify the map. Next steps please, Cheers, Andrew
