Playlists refresh twice when moving or adding songs

Device, OS:

Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus One UI v1.1 Android 9.0 Pie

Description of bug:

When adding or moving a song on a playlist and then trying to scroll, the playlist refreshes. This also happens when swapping to another app and then back into Shuttle while a playlist is open.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open playlist of choice.
2. Move a song's position with press + hold.
3. Scroll.

or

1. Open playlist of choice.
2. Swap to another app.
3. Swap back to Shuttle.
4. Scroll.

Expected outcome:

The playlist scrolls as normal, no other effects.

Observations/Actual Result:

The playlist refreshes itself.
