ebgeo requirements

ebgeo/requirements.txt and ebgeo/README.txt seem to be, both, created by you (at least I don't find them in upstream's zips).

They both have a requirements list, and the list isn't consistent between both files. I think README.txt's requirements are the ones which are correct. If that's the case, please consider removing the requirements file.
