Documentation of meta-params?

I hope I'm missing something, but I can't find anything that documents meta-parameters. The only reason I even know about them is the "mispelled metaparameter" error, and by looking at the code, which isn't terrible helpful.

The documentation for "aws" is pretty far behind. It was a lot of work just keeping up with the AWS enhancements and changes, and I didn't do a good job of documenting.

These days, somebody asks me how to do something, and I add a page in the github wiki. How can I help you?

If you want to list the meta-parameters, then aws action --help. E.g. aws describe-db-instances --help If you want to know what each meta-parameter does then google aws command-action e.g. aws rds-describe-db-instances. Usually the first result is the one you want. It must have the command on the front of the action, not just the action. describe-db-instances without rds on the front is not the most useful page.
