Describe what's wrong there are some remained part in #649 open another issue here is to split big pr for better review.

• the logging can be removed
• continue on some unfinished-code with global aggr.(yeah we have tag the unsupported smoke tests in commit 91f16a071fc3e77881f10cd550e78a37475fff71
