Configurable LDAP search filter. Issue #352

This patch removes the hard-coded LDAP search filter and adds a new field searchfilter in the ldap_auth_config configuration object.

Not yet tested at the moment. Please, validate before merging...

+1: this would be very useful to limit the login-ability to teams and certain users and restrict all functional accounts in LDAP.
