doesnt attack

hey , i tried this with jinx but it just moves my hero , doesnt stop to attack , what im i doing wrong ? also can you explain what the script is doing ? thanks

so i tried again turns out it only works when u have very high attack speed % ,and doesnt focus camps or minions , only champions
