Menu Bar disappeared

Gmail Desktop Version 3.0.0-alpha.35(stable)

Describe the bug The title panel is neither visible nor clickable anymore

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to Preferences -> Set title bar style -> System
2. Go to Preferences -> Hide Menu Bar
3. Click on Full Refresh (I think it should happen even if the application is restarted)

Expected behavior I would aspect that the Gmail view shift down when I click ALT in order to let me see the app settings, commands etc...

Media As you can see in the screenshot when I click ALT it shows up a little rectangle of the settings panel (I think at least it is) but it is neither fully visible nor clickable
