http://www.voidspace.org.uk appears to have disappeared causing the newid script to fail because it can't fetch the pycrypto-2.6.1.win32-py2.6.exe library.

Luckily the pycrypto binary was backed up in the WayBack Machine: https://web.archive.org/web/20181008060718if_/http://www.voidspace.org.uk/python/pycrypto-2.6.1/pycrypto-2.6.1.win32-py2.6.exe

Replacing this link fixes this issue:
