CTD When Modifying Follower Inventory

Description
The game crashes when interacting with a follower's inventory. Specifically, when placing items into or taking items from the follower's inventory (e.g., talking to Lydia and opening her inventory), the crash occurs frequently.
Steps to reproduce
- Connect to the server.
- Talk to Lydia (or any follower) and open their inventory.
- Try to place some equipment into the inventory or take some items from it.
- Repeat step 3 several times.
Reproduction rate
Consistent: I can reproduce this bug by following the steps to reproduce 100% of the time (every time)
Expected result
The player should be able to interact with the follower's inventory without the game crashing.

My two cents
Follower in skyrim has invisible equipment, you can verify by select the follower (save your game first) and removeallitems to clear their inventory, then disable, enable, several items will add back to their inventory. To see detailed list, showinventory after removeallitems, disable, enable.
A classic bug related to this is "serana hood"
Now, these items are invisible in offline skyrim, but when you online, they show to you for unknown reason.
I assume if you take these thing off, game will crash?
Tried to reproduce with a new game, local server, and Jenassa from Whiterun. Spam gave her items then took them back ad nauseaum in the same interaction, couldn't reproduce.
My only guess could be a desync between server inventory, but i'm new to this project
The workaround to this in Skyrim Together 1.8 is to install Skyrim Souls RE Updated fixed. It helps with crashing menus
