Syrim SE works on Crossover in Mac M2, but Together Reborn don't
Version of Skyrim Together
v1.6.
Description
I have a Macbook pro M2 and I installed Crossover to play windows games. I installed steam and the Skyrim Special Edition and it runs fine. Then I installed Mod Organized 2 and followed all the steps in the setup guide here. I can launch the skyrim on the MO2, but not the Together Reborn. It basically shows a popup (see below), that closes after 1-2 seconds.
Steps to reproduce
Already described above.
Reproduction rate
- [ X ] Consistent: I can reproduce this bug by following the steps to reproduce 100% of the time (every time)
- [ ] Occasional: I can reproduce this bug by following the steps to reproduce around 50% of the time
- [ ] Rare: I can reproduce this bug by following the steps to reproduce around 10% or less of the time
Expected result
The game opens using MO2 in Crossover as the regular Skyrim Special Edition does.
Evidence (optional)
What do you mean you cant launch together reborn? You shouldn't be launching Skyrim on the mo2.
That popup is a normal feature of mo2, it stops you fiddling with game files while running the game
can you fill out the steps to reproduce properly?
STR is crashing (if it starts at all); this would be more of a feature request as that is not a supported configuration.
@danzelfin It is simple, just follow all the instructions on the the setup guide here, select the Together Reborn Mod Organized 2 and run, then it crashes. I suspect it is related to being M2.
@ToeKneeRED , so it is not supported on MacBook pro M2?
It's working for me on Crossover on a M2 Mac Mini. You might want to double check that your paths are correctly setup in MO2.
