"Dragons and Karthspire" Causing Game Crash

Description

If Karthspire has dragons, party leader tend to crashes at Karthspire.

(I also tried to summon dragons in a few other places, but did not reproduce the crash results)

How to reproduce this issue. Be as specific as possible and try to only include instructions you believe are necessary to reproduce said issue, E.g.

1. Party leader teleported to Karthspire
2. Party members teleported to party leader
3. To make sure there are dragons in Karthspire. player.placeatme 000f8117 1
4. Party leader game crash
