"Diplomatic Immunity" Causing Game Crash

Description

When attempting to complete the mission "Diplomatic Immunity", after you speak to Delphine to teleport to the party at the Thalmor Embassy, you enter the carriage and the game crashes consistently.

Steps to reproduce

How to reproduce this issue. Be as specific as possible and try to only include instructions you believe are necessary to reproduce said issue, i.e.

1. Start the game.
2. Load a saved game where your character is on stage 95 of Diplomatic Immunity
3. Speak to Delphine
4. Get in carriage
5. Game crashes

Expected result

Teleport all party members to Thalmor Embassy to start stage 98.

Are all players on the same quest stage?

Can't repro on dev (f0418fc85d9bef39ef3a54b597e28bf9bce9e596 as of now) with 2 players online. If anyone encounters this in the future, please attach your save files (party leader's and member's) where the crash is consistent

Another bug related to this quest stage: since all players get teleported to Thalmor Embassy at the same time, there's a high chance one of them will become invisible. A simple reconnect fixes this
