Player potions and enchantments not synced

No mods used.

Description

Player enchanted gear or player made potions do not appear in containers or on the ground. Only time when enchanted gear works if both players know the same enchantment. And potions don't even work like that with knowing ingredients to craft it.

Steps to reproduce

How to reproduce this issue. Be as specific as possible and try to only include instructions you believe are necessary to reproduce said issue, i.e.

Normal start of the game connection to server and player one drops the gear without being synced.
