Fix tutorial links to sample data

Describe the bug Links to sample data in the tutorials aren't all still available. See Unrelated Note in #2696

Environment: (Note: We are not setup to test on Linux or Windows so help may be slower on those OSs) Not environment specific.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to tutorial Crash Course - Point Data
2. Click on http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/csv/2.5/week
3. See error that file is not found

Expected behavior File should be available and download

Additional context There are probably multiple dead links to sample data. They should all be fixed.
