Initialization of 'UnsafePointer<UInt8>' results in a dangling pointer

Line 440 of WebSocket.swift causes a warning in Xcode. The warning is "Initialization of 'UnsafePointer<UInt8>' results in a dangling pointer".

strm.next_in = UnsafePointer<UInt8>(inflateEnd)

It is just a warning, but it would be nice to update it with the preferred syntax to eliminate the warning.
