no way to push or pull?

Im trialing qgit as im looking for something simple. QGit looks great, except there is no way by default to push or pull changes? Am I missing something?

Thanks for the inquiry. Qgit was created a very long time ago, when centralized (github style) use was way way less common. Qgit's central design idea is to provide a fast and featureful visualizer of local git repositories.

Of course, adding pull and push functionalities is trivial and is something I plan for. Only thing missing is time.

I'm trying out different git clients now, and find Qgit to be the nicest, but also find that it's a shame that push/pull functionality is not embedded.
