[Feature request] option for exclude numbers

Some advertisement numbers use my code phrases and app think this numbers has otp code but they are just ads. We have some options for solving these problem:

1.Overal: It's good to add an options that we can add excludes these numbers from reading codes. On my case, it's operator ads, it means it's not from phone numbers like"+10000000000", its "operator name". (Screenshot) (blocking this number in messaging app can't help)

2. U can just implement this that when otp codes, has "*" or "#" symbols before or after, ignore it from any numbers. (See screenshot)

App detect "4444" as code.
