Looks like Chart.js v3 doesn't offer any help announcing tooltips either. [Chart.js's documentation on accessibility](https://www.chartjs.org/docs/latest/general/accessibility.html) is not at all comprehensive and doesn't mention tooltips at all.
Currently no, however a pull request would be very welcome.
Vite is causing many Playwright tests to take longer than 5s. Working with the community on Discord to resolve. Till then, putting this in draft state.
