always get error: Connection timed out

When initiating an attack in demo.py : attacker = OpenAttack.attackers.PWWSAttacker(), I get “urllib.error.URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 110] Connection timed out>”. Is this URL "https://data.thunlp.org/" unavailable?
