Disable Release note

Question: How to totaly disable Release note in vscode ? Every time I open thunderclient on a fresh launched vscode window, I have this anoying release note page that I do not read at all, who popup from no where. Are you using the free version/paid version/trial: free version

@tchereau Will provide vscode setting to disable it.
