K9 v9.0 doesn't send emails, saves no draft, message is just gone when clicking send

Does this happen for every email? What are the folder settings for e.g. the Sent folder? Can you provide logs of the send process? https://github.com/thunderbird/thunderbird-android/wiki/LoggingErrors
I have seen this too on v10 running on Android. In past, the message will be seen in "Outgoing" before it gets sent. Now, it is not seen and takes longer before it appears in "Sent" folder. Hence one may think the email was not sent at all. This usually happens when using K-9 to share something e.g. a Firefox link.
